Thanks for your interest. But I only translate things that really capture my fancy, especially if they’re short. My pipeline for scanlation is so narrow that I have to be very selective.

In addition, I’m not as keen on Super Mario-kun as I once was. Especially after I discovered Kazuki Motoyama’s KC Deluxe Mario comics and was so charmed by them. Not to slight Yukio Sawada’s work, which is good for what it is.

On another note, a big difficulty with SMk is that much of its humour derives from Japanese-language puns that are very difficult to translate. However, it also has lots of visual humour which is possible to enjoy regardless of language.

Anyway, all this is to say that I’m not the one to take this on. But! I am able to point you to an existing scanlation of at least chapter 1 of the Paper Mario story. Mangadex has most of the English scanlations that I know about listed on their page here.
